Many thanks to James Fitchett for allowing me to post one of his RBW (Rhodesia Bush War) wargames.
An old game popped up in my Facebook memories.
It was adapted from the Operation Fox Part 1 scenario in the Force on Force Bush Wars scenario.
The Rhodesian patrol had an Eland, Puma and 2x 4.5 MAP armoured trucks.
The ZIPRA ambush had RPG and recoilless rifle teams in the brush and village with a hmg firing down the road.
The Rhodesians counter attacked the ambush and fought through. ZIPRA broke but damaged the vehicles and inflicted casualties.
If memory serves the Rhodesians won on points but the patrol was left rather undermanned for the second half, Operation Fox Part 2.
